Brown the beef and vegetables then add pasta sauce. Bring to a simmer.

ADD GRATED CHEESE
Add uncooked pasta and cook for 8-12 minutes.
Add grated cheddar cheese and stir it through.
Turn off the heat and top with mozzarella and more cheddar cheese!
