Cook Time 5minutes
Servings 1iced tea
1cupfreshly boiled water
4piecescanned lychee fruit
2tablespoonslychee syrupadd more if desired

In a saucepan, bring water to boil. Turn off heat, then add the tea bags. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes for a cup or 10 to 15 minutes when making a big batch. The longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea. Remove the tea bags, then let it cool.
In a glass, add lychee fruit and syrup. Pour cold tea and stir. Taste-test. Add the desired amount of sugar syrup for sweetness. Start with two teaspoons as suggested in the recipe.
Add the ice cubes. Serve immediately! Enjoy!
Make sure to use freshly boiled water when brewing the tea. Steep a single serving tea for 5 minutes and 10 to 15 minutes for a pitcher or more.
The longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea.
As ice cubes are going to be added, consider adjusting the ratio of water and tea bags. Use one to two tea bags per 1 cup of freshly boiled water.
Taste-test the tea after mixing the tea, lychee fruit, syrup, and the ice cubes. Use the suggested measurements in the recipe below then make the adjustments later on.
If you want your drink sweeter but not overpowering with lychee flavor, add sugar syrup.
