Watermelon and lychee taste amazing together. It is one of my family's favorite summer smoothies. It is our perfect cooler especially in the afternoon, the hottest time of the day.

Watermelon Lychee Smoothie making tips
- If you don't like watermelon seeds in your smoothie, go for the seedless variety. It will make your life so much easier because picking out the seeds one by one will definitely take some time.
- If you are watching your sugar intake and prefer a less sweet smoothie, rinse the lychee fruit with water before adding it to the blender.
- For a more intense lychee flavor and a sweeter smoothie, add the syrup from the can. As it is sugary and sweet, I recommend adding one tablespoon at a time. Adjust the amount accordingly based on your preference.
- Blend the watermelon and lychee first, then add the ice cubes. Start with one cup. Don't add too much as it will dilute the watermelon and lychee flavor. You only need the ice cubes to make the smoothie ice cold and to balance out the sweetness if you ever ended up with overripe watermelon.
