One boring weekend, I was craving for beef tapa but all I had in the fridge was pork. Not just any ordinary pork. It was a pack of specially cut BACON that we weren't able to use when we did Steamboat shabu-shabu at home. And then, ka-ching! Why not make it a tapa?
Serve with your favorite sukang sawsawan or make it into your favorite Filipino rice bowl also known as Tapsilog.
